To create a User in FireScope Unify: - Log in to FireScope Unify as a FireScope Administrator.
- Click Administration > PERMISSIONS > Users. The User Overview page lists the current Users and their access level, user group(s), and online status.

To access User Groups, click the Configure drop-down (on the upper, right side of the page), and select User Groups. - Click Create (on the upper, right side of the page). The Create User page appears.
 - Complete the form.
- Click Save.

| User Groups | User Groups this user will be associated with. The primary purpose of User Groups is to define what assets this user can manage. Select the User Group names and use the Add and Remove buttons to configure User Groups for this user. | Contact Media | How Unify will contact this user in case of an event. You can configure multiple contact methods for a user, and for each contact method, you can detail hours of the day to use this method as well as filter the severity of events to trigger notification. | Language | Preferred language used in the Unify user interface. | Auto-logout | How many seconds of inactivity will trigger this user's session to be automatically logged out.
